According to a Sin Ming Daily report today, a sexual rendezvous between a young girl and her boy friend inside a car parked at an open air car HDB car park created so much motion that it caught the attention of the resident that they called the police.

The incident happened last night around 11pm at the open air car park in from of Blk 240 Hougang Avenue 22. The young girl was wearing school uniform when she was caused by the police.

According to a resident that live across the car park, Ms Wong (20 year old), she was doing her dishes when she noticed a continuous car engine noise coming from down stair car park.  Upon investigation, she notice a blue sedan engine was running but there were no lights.

“Initially I though there was someone inside the car talking on the phone but the car  was rocking so strongly that I could notice it from my flat.”

“I later saw a young couple making out inside the car!”

Ms Wong describe that at that time, she could see both of them were naked above the waist and lying down on the inclined front seats.

She reported the incident to the police and they arrive not long after took down the particulars of the couple.

According to Ms Wong, the young girl looks like she is in her teens and still wearing school uniform.  The man is in his 20’s wearing a white T shirt and black Bermuda short. They were not properly dressed when asked by the Police to step out of the car.

The man looks like he just got his car driving license as there was a P license (provincial license) plate shown on the windscreen.  The girl looked frighten was hiding beside the car when questioned by the police.

After the police left the scene, the couple engaged in an argument with the girl crying for more than 5 minutes.   She later left for her nearby home alone with a bunch of flowers in hand.

Ms Wong thinks that this young couple must be celebrating valentine day earlier.

“How could they do this in an open air public car park?  This is ridiculous!” said Ms Wong.  “The car park is in between two HDB blocks; not very big and can only accommodate 20 cars. This neighborhood is rather quite at night and with the car park lights, you can see clearly what going on inside the car from both HDB blocks.
